The Bun is Out of the Oven

Here's the reason I haven't posted in so long. I'm getting used to having 3 kids and hopefully I'll get some recipes up soon. Photo is by the fabulous Reb.

We celebrated St. Patty's day yesterday w/ the in-laws--Corned beef, potatoes, carrots, cabbage and of course: Rainbow Jello! Thanks Mom Mud for the food, and sorry we didn't help clean up. I'm off to eat my Jello leftovers.

C'mon! Where are the recipes?!?! Just kidding. Maybe you can do a photo journal of all the food that other people have been giving you since having a baby! We too had a St. Patty's Day feast, but the Jell-o dish is just a little too time consuming for me to even attempt to make! We had the traditional stuff though and it was oh so good.

I remembered the rainbow jello from last year...funny enough I'd bought all the colors even before your post last year - thinking the boys would think it was really cool...but I'd never made it and it seemed really annoying to make...so I never made it. Then when I saw your post last year, I decided I'd make it this year..and we did, except I forgot I used a few of the colors so we were missing the orange and the blue. The boys LOVED it with the cloud and the treasure. Very fun tradition - thank you!

I just found your blog through Cafe Johnsonia...I love all the recipes and am impressed you do this AND teach seminary. I also live in VA and teach early morning seminary, but can't imagine doing it with kids, so hats off to you. Thanks for the fun recipes!
